History
The School of Nursing And Midwifery, Saveh University Of Medical Science, was established in 1999 as one of the units of Arak University of Medical Sciences with the goal of training nursing staff in the field of nursing And began its activity by recruiting undergraduate nursing students. In 2012, with the permission of the Ministry of Health, two disciplines including operation room and midwifery undergraduate degrees were set up. The faculty has been operating under the supervision of the Saveh University of Medical Sciences since 2013.
Currently, the faculty has expanded its field of study with 11 fields of study including nursing, midwifery, operating room, anesthetics, environmental health, public health in two levels, oral health technician, occupational health in two levels, and Health Information Technology (HIT) and with about 600 students studying in order to improve the level of science and service to the community.
